Collected when you join the waitlist or redeem an invite code.

Psychological test responses

Processed in real time to generate your soul profile. We do not store your raw responses — they are discarded immediately after your profile is generated.

Soul profile

An anonymised output derived from your test responses. Stored encrypted. Used solely to match you with artists. Your soul profile never contains your name, email address, or raw test responses.

Payment data

Handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. YourSoulPortrait.art never stores or has access to your card details.

Analytics data

Google Analytics GA4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, general location) via cookies to help us understand how the platform is used.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Soul Portrait service — to match you with artists, communicate with you about your commission, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond the service itself.

4. What We Share

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted third parties:

  • Artists receive only your soul profile — never your name, email address, or raw test responses.
  • Stripe receives payment data to process transactions securely.
  • Google Analytics receives anonymised usage data to help us understand platform performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

5. Data Retention

  • Email address: retained until you request deletion.
  • Soul profile: retained until your commission is complete or you request deletion.
  • Test responses: not retained — processed transiently and discarded immediately.
  • Payment records: retained as required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@yoursoulportrait.art. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Soul profiles are stored encrypted at rest. Payments are handled by Stripe for PCI-DSS compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect all personal data we hold.

8. Cookies

Google Analytics GA4 places cookies on your device to collect anonymised analytics data. No other tracking or advertising cookies are used on this site.
