An artist finds you

Your anonymous profile is shared with a group of hand-selected artists. If one feels a genuine connection to who you are, they will reach out.

A portrait takes shape

We introduce the artist and share their work. If you feel a connection, say yes. The artist creates your portrait — from scratch, for you alone.

Questions

Codes are not available for purchase. They are shared by people who have already had their portrait made — each collector receives a small number of codes to pass on to people they feel belong here. A second route is the waitlist: each week, a handful of codes are released at random to people waiting. There is no way to jump the queue, and no guarantee of timing.

It depends on the artist. Once an artist is inspired by your profile and you give the go-ahead, expect 2 to 4 weeks for the work to be completed.

A deposit is required when you commission the artist — it confirms the work and reserves their time. The balance is due when the piece is complete and ready to ship. Should the work arrive and truly disappoint, a full refund is available. We stand behind every piece.

No. The surprise is part of the experience. You will see the work for the first time when it is complete — and only if you choose to.

Completely. Artists receive only your test profile — no name, no contact information, nothing that could identify you. Your answers are never linked to your identity.

Abstract. The work reflects your inner world — your energy, your aesthetic sensibility, your emotional register — not your face or your likeness. It is a soul portrait, not a physical one.

It does happen, and it has nothing to do with who you are. We keep your profile active and will reach out if an artist connects with it later. There is no deadline.

You are never obligated. When an artist reaches out, we introduce them and share their portfolio. If you don't feel a connection, simply decline — no explanation needed.

After the test, we ask which tier of artist you are open to. Emerging artists — those earlier in their career but already working at a serious level — range from AED 3,000 to 10,000. Established artists with an international exhibition record range from AED 15,000 to 40,000. Celebrated artists whose work is held in major collections start above AED 200,000. You choose your tier before any match is made, so there are no surprises.

Every work is carefully packaged and shipped insured. For collectors in the UAE, expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days once the piece is complete. If a work is damaged in transit, we will arrange a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.
